Neil Arlow, Director of CHA Construction started constructing in 1996 and then started trading as CHA Construction CC in 2000 as the business had grown to such an extent. We have completed various projects in Southbroom, Trafalgar, the exclusive estate San Lameer, Port Edward and Ekubu Estate.

CHA Construction CC is currently one of the three contractors allowed to perform construction work at the San Lameer Estate and is a member of the San Lameer Estate Homeowners Associations approved list of building contractors. We have completed over 60 successful projects in the San Lameer Estate. We are also one of the approved contractors at Ekubu Estate near Port Edward with numerous completed projects which includes the Main Gate and Administrative buildings for the Developer.
We have a highly skilled team with many years of experience in the construction industry and we are registered with the NHBRC and the Master Builders Association.
